The girls that work her only do so cause the they dont have high school diplomas. The Head Supervisor Debbie Poole claims to be a Christian but she sure doesnt act as one. She pushes her employees to work crazy hours and never have any family time. Trying to get a day off for a funeral, or a sick child is horrible. She treats her employees like slaves.
Her customers are only paychecks not real people to her. The fees she charges on loans is crazy. But the fact that she almost TRIPLES the cost of the merchandise is just wrong. How is that HELPING anyone or the "less fortunate" as she says.

well honeslty i had a loan with one of the branches in oklahoma and they are so nice very friendly never have had a problem with the girls, and now there are two new girls in the office and i love them always have smiles on there face very understand and always remebers everything. I really enjoy knowing I can fall back on such a wonderful loan company! Thank you Eufaula girls!!! you need raises!!! Bless you two!

I am writing because this paticular office called my mothers home whom is a very ill person asked the lady not to call since the person they are looking for does not live there nor do they have his number, in return this person hung up on her! My mother called Jeanette supposibly "the manager" start yelling to her and refuse to give the main number to the corporate office. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if you ask me. At this point yes as her daughter , am very upset to hear what kind of management they have running this business. Since that call my mother's high blood pressure and diabetes is sky high. I am telling you not to call this number anymore . If this persist then next phone call will be from a lawyer for harrasing a person's home which does not have an account and will never have an account there with these uneducated people nor do you have permission to call this private number!

These ladies are very professional. They are nice to you from start to finish. I have never dealt with someone more willing to help you then the business. They are in the loan business. As long as you tell them ahead of time, they are usually willing to work with you, to an extent of course.
