OfficeMax charges $1.75 PER SHEET to fax to a long distance number in 2010. That is ridiculous! My husband paid $25 to fax 16 sheets to the VA. We will never use their services again!
If I could give a minus star rating for the print/copy
If I could give a minus star rating for the print/copy department I would. There never seems to be anyone in charge. There are no signs to let customers know where they are suppose to stand to be waited on therefore people are all up and down the counter all being ignored. I saw no visible price chart for the customer to go by, only the price code book for scanning(that doesn't really help the customer because it is after the fact). I was stunned to be charged $18.00 to have a chart laminanted. There was only one person behind the counter and he was training a new person, therefore, everyone had to wait. (I was there 45min. b4 I finally gave up and left, along with 3 other customers(only to have to return the next day). Where is the management? It must be horrible to work there under all of that tension and stress.
