All of there rentals are over priced(even for Aptos) and charging a security deposit that is one and half times the rent is just a loophole around the law. Plus i made more repairs to the place then they ever did and they still took $400 out of my deposit. I left that place cleaner then i found it, also.

I called them about one of their rental listing, the lady who answered the call sounded rude and was not helpful at all. Not sure how they manage to stay in business with such a poor customer service skills

the other reviews are all true. this rental mangament company is a joke. their office is as beat up as their properties, and the employees are rude and lazy. you will have nothing but headaches from these people. i have dealt with them twice and both times i was treated like $%!T. it amazes me they are still in business. maybe they just liked PITBULL TERRIER guy or maybe that was the only place dumb enough to rent to him so he was stoked just to find a place. but for the rest of us w/ out high risk animals AVOID THIS SHOTTY ESTABLISHMENT!!!

We have rented from them for a couple of years and our experience has been mixed.

They have always given us 24 hour notice before coming. They did respond, though somewhat slowly, to refrigerator repair and stove repair.

However, we called multiple time with various pest issues and they never would return our calls. It is for this reason that we are less than satisfied. If it was not their responsibility to deal with the pests, it still would have been appropriate for them to call us back and let us know.

dont listen to the other stupid crackhead reviews. frankly, I havnt rented form this company for long, but my opinion so far is great. They were very nice to me and my girlfriend, welcoming, fair and non-judgemental. I have a male PITBULL TERRIER and to find anyone in this town who will give you the time of day, not to mention a home to live, is rare, and they did... In a town full of rude, dog-hating, unfair, bias jerks in the prop mngmt system, WA was great. I would have never found a home for me, my gf, and our loving dog if it wasnt for their caring, patients and willingness to give us a shot. THX AGAIN W.A.
