It is sad that this facility is considered a "good" or "nice" office in the Bronx. I feel sooo bad for women who don't have any other option but to go here. I just had my first (and LAST visit) to this office. The staff is sub par; rude and unprofessional. The dr. was a joke. There are actually space heaters in the patient rooms! The waiting room is dirty and old, paint peeling with a bulletproof glass reception area. A 15 x 15 waiting room was apparently large enough to house 20+ women waiting for appt's!! Oh yeah, and I waited over an hour to be seen by a dr. after I arrived early for my appt. They give you DIXIE cups to urinate in! Yep, DIXIE cups!? C'mon! How unprofessional can you get? They asked me to strip from the waist down when appt. began and then we did the exam (they turned the space heater on so I wouldn't be cold). After the exam, they asked me to walk "DOWN THE HALLWAY" (past 5 offices) to get my sonogram. I look at them, confused, and asked, "Can I get dressed first?" They were very rude and told me no. They gave me a paper blanket to wear around my waist as I had to walk down the hallway carrying my purse, pants, undies, coat, boots, AND the paper thin blanket around my waist to hide my, well EVERYTHING. When it was time to leave, they forgot that I had already given my co-pay when I had arrived AND THEN forgot to give me my prenatal vitamins until I reminded them after they dismissed me. DO NOT go to this office IF YOU CAN AT ALL HELP IT!!!!!!!! RUN, RUN FAR AWAY!!!
