I have to agree with everyone who has given this vet a rave review. He really is wonderful. I adopted two sick kittens from the Mt Vernon animal shelter and the doctor gave them fantastic care.‎

Honestly the best vet ever.‎

We've been going to Dr. Jaio for the last two years for both our dogs and he and his staff are wonderful. The guy really cares about your pets and their welfare. He even gives out his cell # for late night emergencies, not even my real doctor will do that! He treats them all very well and isn't one of those vets mainly looking to make a buck. We brought in our one dog who had eaten her collar (yes, the entire collar) and we expected her to need surgery to get it out after it hadn't surfaced for days and she couldn't hold anything down. But Dr. Jaio insisted we first try some other methods before going in for surgery. The surgery would have made him out a few grand, but he didn't want to go into surgery if there was a chance it wasn't needed. Instead the total was a couple hundred and our baby is back to her crazy, healthy self. Dr. Jiao is awesome, highly recommended.‎

Incredible Vet

I have had many animals over the years and many vets too but Dr. Jaio is by far the most knowledgeable vet I have ever had. He gave my dog an extra 10 months of life after she was diagnosed in the late stages of DM (degenerative myelopathy). Many other vets had seen her and not one had diagnosed her correctly. He is always available even in an emergency and he never puts money before the welfare of an animal. I strongly encourage anyone who thinks their dog may have DM to make an appointment with Dr. Jaio because he gave my dog a treatment that no other vet even new existed or suggested. Unfortunately my baby eventually passed away but I have a new dog now and a couple of cats and he takes just as great care of them. He is extremely knowledgeable about animal medicine and has saved me money and heartache in his expert treatment of my pets on a number of occasions. Thank you Dr. Jaio!
