Just googled this place, visited it, and had the same experience as others. Got my keys copied cheaply and very quickly.‎

called them late Wednesday before thanksgiving pretty late and they went right out there to change out the locks for my customer...great people who are real!!!‎

I got my spare key in literally about 30 seconds (though thats probably not the case with all keys). Great service.‎

I called some other outfit, Philadelphia locksmiths 24/7, by mistake. They wanted to charge me $423. Then $263 with a discount and so on. They said the lock could not be repaired.
The West Philly locksmith came, sat down and took apart the lock. He found the problem, a small part. He cleaned the lock and said he needed to go to the office for the part and will rebuild it there. As promised, I got a call an hour later. Another competent locksmith arrived. He installed it in minutes. The West Philadelphia Locksmith Co. is the best locksmith service. They are very competent, sociable and will give you the true facts. In addition, the price is right. The other ripoff service wanted to charge me $423. West Philly locksmith charge $80. That's good business.

im not really sure what the previous post is talking about, but i have used these guys a couple of times (at my house) and have shopped in their store(s) [they moved] in the university city area.‎
