I have been having algae problems with my pool for years until I went ot West Hills Pool Supply. THey explained everything step-by-step how to solve my problem and only recommended products that were needed. Now my pool is crystal clear. They are very helpful and their prces are very reasonable

Knowledgable and Helpful
Called in with many questions about a DIY valve replacement. Gave very clear and abundant info on how to remove the "guts" of a 3-way valve. Came in with the problem parts and was sold only the parts I needed with good instructions on the proper method for re-assembly. Also, decided to purchase a small additional part (O-rings) which may not be needed (predicated on later inspection). Was informed if nto needed, return for full refund.
In summary, great service at a great price. I recommend this shop.

Bad advice, agressive and abusive owner

The owner, though claiming 25 years of experience, gives out advice that can actually hurt your spa. He recommended chemicals that are incompatible with my spa, and would have damaged it, and then when asked for clarification, became abusive and agressive about being questioned. Very poor customer service, limited selection, and being afraid of the owners temper makes this, in my opinion, a poor choice. There are other and better local vendors in the west San Fernando Valley for pool and spa equipment and supplies.
