They will call me at the end of the repair just to let me know they have completed the task, this helps me get piece of mind during after hrs calls. Catherine is also a great person to deal with, she will let you know up front what they can do for you and will follow up with a phone call to keep you informed.
West Coast is my #1 choice in San Diego for fast, efficient service.
