This is the best baseball store in the Bay Area, bar none. I have gone there for a variety of things and their selection is outstanding. But it gets better. They're pricing is excellent as well, better than internet pricing, which these days is hard to believe.

Go there, but bring a big wad of cash because you'll end up buying a ton. :)

went there for silk-screening on my coaching shirt(the one i was issued was 2 sizes to small) I brang them a shirt i had bought(it was ugly) they gave me a cool PING brand,shirt/jacket,short sleeve,waterproof,coolmax type apperal instead & put the Alameda pirates logo on for free(patch) not a decal!. All for nothing(zip). And thats because they are dedicated to bay area youth & adult sports. I will shop for sports gear no where else ever again. I walked out of there with 4 pair of Mizuno slip on sandals & a pair for my 9yr old and only spent $10.00(early x-mas). I'm a customer for life & you should be too!!!!! my kid also got a great batting lesson while we were there!

1855 Alvarado St is the new retail location since the store burned down. This family has been serving the bay area for many generations.

BEST PLACE ON EARTH!!! ALWAYS HAVE WHAT YOU NEED AND IF NOT (NEVER HAD IT HAPPEN TO ME) THEY WILL GET IT! GREAT PEOPLE, JUST PLAN ON SPENDING A FEW HOURS!!! IT'S A LIKE GOING TO COSTCO FOR JUST A FEW THINGS.....NOT GONNA HAPPEN, YOU'LL END UP COMING OUT WITH 20 EXTRA THINGS THAT YOU JUST COULDN'T PASS UP!! ok guys its an awesome store BUT recently it burnt down so you have to go the they're warehouse...no idea where that is...sorry oh and yes its vida blue's son that works there
