I am somewhat of an older car collector and all of my cars have been serviced/maintained and fixed by TJ and Sam at West Coast Auto Repair. Their prices are very resonable and they do wonderful work. They won't hesitate to take on any job or work on any make, year or model. Some of the services I have had done include brakes, axles (front and rear), suspension, shocks, A/C, steering, tuneup, convertible top, electrical and oil changes. They have worked on my 1963 VW karman ghia, 1965 Sunbeam Alpine, 1968 Datsun Roadster, 1990 Saab Turbo 900 and 1990 VW Vanagon. I wouldn't take my car to any other shop. It's not easy to find an auto shop where you have complete trust that the job will be done correctly and in a timely manner. Since I have found West Coast Auto I haven't take my cars to any other shops. And to top it all off, TJ and Sam are extremely nice people. In respond to the review of Mr. Robert, it's is obvious that this person never been to our shop. First of all we have service adviser that is very literate in English and happy to explain the services we provide. If a customer has further technical questions about the service we refer to the head mechanic. Regarding the “honest opinion”, we give a year warranty for any work we perform. We are urging Mr. Robert to come back and show us the paperwork from West Coast Auto with the “dishonest general opinion” and we will refund his money without any questions. We've known these gentlemen (Tej & Sam) for about 4 years now.

Between my Uncles, my dad & I, we service all our 10 cars with them.

They're extremely polite, helpful& honest; and above all Tej knows his work really well and they do a very good job! The best part is that the bill is a lot lesser than how much the dealer would charge.

Without a doubt, I'd recommend West Coast Auto Repair for Quality, Affordable Automobile Care.

They have really bad customer service, OVER PRICED, has the "get it in and out" attitude and does not give an honest general opinion on repairs that are recommended or have been previously done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR ANY SERVICES, and last but not least. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE EMPLOYEES VERY DIFFICULT TO MAKE OUT WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. After closure of my old auto repair and servicing shop, I was searching for a good one around Fremont and found West Coast. I can surely say that they are one of the best, trusted, ethical and polite business people around Fremont,CA. They always evaluated needs, gave me report with more clarity with physical inspection along with me before and after the service and/or repair. Technicians are knowledgeable and polite as well.
