WCAR Management Response to Mr. Robert
In respond to the review of Mr. Robert, it's is obvious that this person never been to our shop. First of all we have service adviser that is very literate in English and happy to explain the services we provide. If a customer has further technical questions about the service we refer to the head mechanic. Regarding the “honest opinion”, we give a warranty for any work we perform. We are urging Mr. Robert to come back and show us the paperwork from West Coast Auto with the “dishonest general opinion” and we will refund his money without any questions.
