Many times this fast food chain has failed to get our food order correct. even when I have asked them 3 or 4 times to check or make sure items are prepared as requested..such as a plain hamburger. When I have called about the orders being wrong the only thing they are willing to offer is for me to drive back to town so they can fix me a new order of that one item. Not to mention if I were to do this it would cost me my time, gas (which is too high to waste on their mistake!) or when if i come to town in the next few days they will replace that..which there again, they come out ahead because you aren't going to just forget you have kids to feed, so you order more than you have replaced. Either way, they loose nothing and you have to go out of your way to correct mistakes that you tried to correct before leaving.

Wendy's of Rockingham is prompt and courteous. I love going there because the service is fast and clean. My orders are always right and done within 5 mins.
