Shockingly incompetent.‎

These people couldn't find their butt with both hands, a map and a GPS. They wasted 6 months of our time and lost us deals on two houses. Everything they told us was wrong, from the documents required to the time it would take to underwrite the loan. I have no idea what they do all day, because they sure as hell aren't writing loans.‎
