Seriously, I didn't think I could walk into a place anymore without at least 1 person greeting me upon entrance and being extremely polite. This branch has sure proven me wrong. I mean usually the branch manager or one of the high-end branch people greet you, but at this branch everyone greets you.

The tellers I work with are (at least) fairly nice, and love conversation. It makes the banking process so much easier and faster when they try to distract you from the stress. Plus they have so many tellers working that usually the personal banking line tends to go pretty fast. I can't say much about the But yeah, they take care of you at the Santa Cruz branch no doubt.

The facility has ample parking, a good amount of ATMs, and has easy access from downtown. You can even take the bus there because of it's close proximity to the bus line's main station in downtown Santa Cruz.

I recommend it to any UC Santa Cruz students or to any incoming residents to the Santa Cruz county, provided that you're a Wells Fargo customer or are looking for a new banking solution. Check it out!

I normally only go to the bank to get quarters for my laundry since everything else is done online (which I like). There is always a wait to see a teller, but it's do-able. The tellers are always friendly and fast with my transaction.
