I invested some money with these guys and it seems they are just using my investment to live a lavish lifestyle. The main guy has a rap sheet a mile long. I just search his name on google, his name is "Mark David Leavitt" you will see that he has lost his securities licensed and been canned 3x by all the big names. I now understand why he started a private fund, I just researched that its outside the scope of the SEC. Buyer be very aware of who you are doing business. Learn from my mistakes. I have lost 30% while they seem to be talking about how great business is?‎
