Mr Koran was my mothers realtor. She immigrated to this country almost 40 years ago. She saved her money and attempted to purchase her first home this past November. She was approved for a loan through Weichert financial. During the entire process Mr. Koran was rarely available. When my mother eventually found a condo that she wanted, she made an offer and it was accepted. My mother then went to sign a contract. She was never advised by Mr. Koran that she should have her own attorney. She was pressured to put down $7000. $6300 of which was made payable to the attorney of the seller Bruce C. Dunn Jr. She was assured by Mr. Koran and attorney Mike Farley that if the sale did not go through she would get her money back. Well the deal did' nt go through, she has nt gotten her money back and Mr. Koran is not returning calls. Like I said The Worst Kind of agent. jayrtheceo@gmail.com‎
