This store is horrible. I went here with my sister for her dress and they were SO rude. She told them the style they wanted and they brought everything but. THen they brought one dress the my sister told them she didn't like and they kept pushing it. My sister kept telling them no and then the lady actually just lifted it up and put it on her anyways. Months later I did a rush order on a bridesmaid dress. I paid extra to have it quickly. I called to check on it and they said they would call as soo as it came in. Then 2 weeks later I called again to find out that they had it for over a week. Since they didn't call, we had no time to get the extra alterations done to the dress before the wedding. Thank God I was the only bridesmaid, so no one knew the difference on how we wanted the dress to look, but I paid extra for rush and got it in regular time with no apologies or compensation.

I don't know what the other person who wrote a review considers sweet I walked in and they were rude to me and my mother from the moment we walked in. the made us wait forever even thought there was only one other customer in the store and 3 workers on the floor. I told them what I was looking for and they told me I didnt know what I wanted and gave me the opposite of what I asked for. then to add insult to injury they told my mother no dress would ever fit me right and told her she should make my dress not even asking if my mother could sew or not they were horrible people and I have been told other horror storries from other brides I have spoken to.
