Disappointed with Wedding Cake
We got married in Miami, and drove all the way up to Ft. Lauderdale for a tasting because we really didn't like the traditional Edda's or Ana Paz cakes. We were blown away by how good the cake was, even though it was almost $2.00 more a slice than anyone else in Miami, we ordered our cake. The day of the wedding, the top tier of the cake was CROOKED! They tried to hide it with flowers and stuff, but you could tell. Plus, the cake wasn't what we ordered. We paid an extra $1.00 a slice to have fresh strawberries included in one of the tiers, and they were not. Also, the key lime cake was supposed to have key lime curd between the layers on one of the tiers, and they just used the frosting. So they basically ripped us off about $175. I would NEVER use this place again, and I'm making sure I post this on all the wedding websites too. Ana Paz may not be as good but at least the quality and customer service are there.
