We were very impressed by the customer service we received Septic Control and quick responces to our septic tank problems. We had called other companies to help us with our problem but had no luck reaching companies that were open on a Saturday. The one company that did pick up the phone stated the system would have to be dug up and exposed in order for them to come out to service the tank. Septic Control had other appointments to take care of but stated would come out in the afternoon. When they arrived we had no idea where the septic tank was located. The tech, had to locate the tank, dig up or expose both sides of the tank, and thereafter started to empty the tank out. Once the tank was pumped the tech, had us flush our toilets to make sure everything was flushing. We found out we also had a back up or clog. The tech, also helped in removing the clog, they put the lids back on the tank and back filled the holes. Once they were done our yard looked like if they were never there. We are very happy and pleased with the service we received. We had a big emergency in our home and they were the only company to respond to our emergency and there tech's, were very professional when they were here with us. A big thank you for your services.
