Expensive Parts
Wayne's Auto Center has a reputation of performing good repairs to a vehicle and I agree that they perform good to superior work, however I was charged $152.72 for a Oxygen Sensor that retails at #### Auto Parts for around $78.50. When I asked why the Oxygen Sensor was so expensive I was told that they needed to make a profit. I understand a business needs to make a profit but charging $74.22 over the suggested resale price of an item seems (at best) excessive. I may return to Wayne's for service but I'll make sure I'm paying closer to the suggested resale price or provide the required parts myself. To sum up, Wayne's repairs GOOD, Parts pricing NOT GOOD.
