This cable company has got the worst customer service.It can not seem to up and running in hot weather either.If you try to call customer service,it take s a long time to finally get threw to talk to a human.When you finally talk to a human they have little or no information.The customer service reps are phone operators thats it.If there is a major malfuction it takes all day to correct-sample line breakage on June 30,2009 took from 11 SOMETHING am till 9pm that night(unbelievabley slow).
