I just parked my new Audi A5 in my garage. Closed the door and went to sleep. When I opened the door to head to work the next day I heard a scraping noice that made me cringe.
Jim at Waters fixed several of my cars - I was hit by OTHERS -
and is just the most adorable, trustworthy sweetheart of a man.
He squatted down next to my beloved car and magically rubbed the badness away.
When I asked for a bill? Jim said, "don't insult me." He also advised me on how to hang a tennis ball in my garage so i pull in and stop when the tennis ball touches my wind shield. Simply genius. Like Jim and Water.

Always professional, on-time, and reasonable, Jim and staff have cared for my vehicles for many years. Work on the car is always A+, even detail cleans the car before returning it to you. They will work with you to get the service you want at a reasonable price. I will always go out of my way to go to this shop for service and have referred many friends and colleagues over the years and will continue to do so.‎

After one trip there, I'm never going anywhere else. Owner Jim is friendly, sweet, honest. They don't charge for the small stuff--came in to replace broken side mirror, took car home, came back the next day when the part came in, and they snapped it on right there, no labor charge. Great company. Be aware they don't take credit cards, though--probably a way to keep costs down. I recommend Waters Auto Body to everyone.‎
