Disappointed‎
As a very frequent traveler; I stay in 3-6 hotels per month. I was really disappointed in this Marriott. The rooms are a bit outdated and mine had not been cleaned that well. I have stayed at numerous Marriotts recently--most of which have much more up-to-date rooms and amenities. The biggest problems stemmed from room service and questionable parking. After ordering a nice sized room service breakfast my first morning at the hotel, I was disappointed to find that one item was missing and the pitcher/carafe carrying water for my hot tea had clearly been used to recently serve coffee. This left the hot water used for tea with a dirty, old coffee taste (not good). The next evening, after a long day working, I decided to try room service again for dessert. Again, I ordered tea and mentioned the problem from the morning. The order taker assured me she would find a workaround. I waited nearly 2 hours for the delivery and finally went to bed.
