Dont let the title trick you because this is not the place to go for fresh water. It is a small place that is tucked away in a small plaza that no one really goes to. This place does not sell water they have filters and coolers but no water. They have those water dispensers that you put coins in for a gallon or more depending on you. So if you really need water you can use these dispensers but bring your own bottle/jug.
