I purchased a $20 band for my husband's watch. When he tried it on we both realized it was too short. I compared it to the woman's watches I own and the band was the same length.
They refused to exchange it or give me a refund. It was in pristine new condition. They had no return exchange/return policy anywhere in their store.
Buyer beware. This could have just have been any other product or service. The point is they made a mistake and then refused to stand behind their product. While it is nice to support small businesses, why pay twice as much if they're not going to take care of their customers.

What a impressive deisplay of watches, I lvoe pocket watches and when my favorute one lost a spring I took it here to get fixed. But I ended up buying a new watch because of the fabulous selection. Great prices, beutiful pieces and they fixed my watch for free !!! What else can you want/
