I don't know if their branches...
are excellent or not. Yet, I am sick of their VISA card policies. Never apply their credit card nor do balance transfers with their offer. They will make money out of you with their hidden balance transfer charges and "special" payment posting policy. ...

Went to cash a check written by...
my brother. Denied it due to different signature. I told the teller that I would deposit into my account take responsibility if the check returns and take the money out of my account. Denied that as well which doesn't really make any sense at all ...
