Chase is the worst bank there is. very unhappy with them. Chase's policy is not to serve you but them selves. I feel they don't care about the customers at all. find another bank

I came into this bank looking for a manager because i wanted to team up with this branch to do some business. This girl name "Maritza" or "Marissa", the assistant manager is so RUDE!. I have spoken to mostly all the Chase managers in the San Fernando Valley and found all of them very humble and polite. But this girl wont even look at you in the eyes to speak to you and when i approached her she told me in her ghetto tone "Wait for me cuz im busy". Of course, i tought her some manners and responded with a big smile "Sure! Take your time!". Finally a rep took my information and did this useless assistant manager's job and tried to get some business for their branch. When the rep told the assistant manager why i was there, she looked at me as i was walking out and rolled her eyes. Its just sad to see how ignorance on a person with a badge that says "Assistant" can cause Chase to loose hundreds of thousands of dollars. Everyone thank this hill-billy. Im taking my company's money to Bank of America.
