The cashiers could use a conference on Customer Service and Relations. They don't say good morning and thank yous...very impolite and in fact, snotty. The manager (not the main one coz they have 2) insulted me this past Dec. I forgot to write 'thousand' on the check for our mortgage payment, she rudely said that she can't accept the check. When I took a pen and was about to write 'thousand', she condescendingly asked "is that your check"? I'm brown, very Asian. I don't walk around screaming prejudice with a tag on my forehead but I know when it's being thrown on my face. She changed her note when she realized that YES! I am a homeowner in Brentwood who can afford to pay my mortagage. I was speechless for awhile and petrified, and didn't want to say anything inflammatory because my son was with me. But oh! boy, did I go back the next day and confronted her. She was apologetic but this kind of people make me sick!
