wamu the worst

wamu the worst: I have never had a more difficult time getting an answer from any company. The automated phone system is a joke. The website will not allow us to make changes. The branch office provides the absolute slowest service possible. It took us well over 2 hours to add my wife to my checking account. I could get the same serveice by stuffing my money in a can. If I could give wamu -star I would.
