This branch has the worst telephone etiquette. I called this branch directly, not the customer service center. They answered, I asked for the Manager, was placed on hold for a long time, then someone else picked up and asked who I was holding for. I said the Manager, and then heard beeps. No acknowledgement on their part, then heard beeps again for a while. I finally hung up.
