Manage your own expectations re: service: Extremely convenient location especially with adjacent Jiffy Lube, but manage your own expectations in regards to customer service. Staff has limited english communication skills and poor line management resulting in back ups and very dissatisfied customers!

took in a car that i had owned for no more than 3 weeks. There were scratches and swirl marks all over the car. I also asked them to not clean the interior, which they went ahead and did anyway. However, they are pretty quick with their service despite their long lines during the weekends. Their location seems to be their key selling point as it is next to a good number of businesses.

CONS: service isn't as great as it should be for the price

This is the place to go if you want a good car wash without paying for detailing service. Of course you don't get the same quality as detailing, but this is a very good wash nevertheless. The options and choices you can pick at the counter for the wash make you feel like you are ordering at the fast food resturant. I particularly like the rainbow wax option. You can see the car being washed and the cool wax getting puffed all over your car. The car wash is a bit pricey though. Hence all the cars getting washes are nice foreign ones.
