The most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered
I work for a hospital-based bereavement program, and we order memorial bricks for an annual "Walk to Remember" every October. Last year, there was a mix-up and very poor communication, and we did not receive the bricks until the day before the Walk (so our maintenance staff had to seriously hustle in order to place them in the walkway). The company owner was very apologetic, and assured us this would never happen again. This year, we needed the bricks by September 15. Today is September 26. We have been calling and e-mailing Mr. Warner multiple times every day, with no return calls. On two ocassions, he answered the phone and claimed to be en route, promising to call right back. We have not heard from him at all. Mr. Warner knows that we are a very busy program, and our event is attended by hundreds of families who have lost a baby or young child. It is important to these families that their children be remembered, and many of them look forward to seeing their child's name enscribed on the walkway. These families will now be disappointed, and we are not even able to tell them what happened to their order.
