Terrible Service, Terrible People, Terrible Company
My experience with Joe (owner) and some of the other staff at Warmboard reminded me of going to the Dentist office. um, that's not right... going to the Dentist office for a Root Canal. Yeah....
After hearing about these guys from a friend, I thought they would be good. So I thought, good, sounds like everything went well for him... WRONG. Just after signing my contract with Warmboard, my friends system went completely haywire. It wasn't how the warmboard was installed he found out. It was faulty warmboard. No Good!
So you ask about my job. It never happened. After months of phone hang ups, calls at strange hours of the night I finally was able to cancel my contract with Warmboard only after threating legal action.
Legal action! Can you believe it? Warmboard sounds good in theory but it's more of a hassle to deal with.
