Today was my second visit and I have never felt so strongly about never returning to a store. The first time I was overcharged by about $30 and the clerk refused to credit the mistake. After that I (like an idiot) returned to buy feed for my cockatoo, Timneh African Grey, and B&G Macaw. The bird they had was an African Grey but because of poor feather quality I could not tell if it was a Congo or a Timneh. After arguing with the owner (who has no teeth) about the fact that it had to either be a Congo African Grey or a Timneh African Grey, the owner walked away at which time I decided to buy my feed elsewhere. The owner then followed me into the parking lot and spat obscenities at me until I left. I wish there were some way to express my level of disgust for this store and other unknowledgeable breeders and pet mills like it!

I drove 2 hours to the store because I was told over the phone that they had a male crested canary and a non crested female. After getting there in person, they have 4 non crested canaries and the lady does not recall having had the crested male and "I have been here all day." What a waste of time and gas. Then the guy comes up, not Willie, but some other and tries to sell me a parrot. I repeatedly told him that I like the songbirds and not the squawkers. Even after this he kept telling me about the amazons, maccaws, and cockatoo he had that would be weaned soon. Yeah...they are pretty birds, but please listen to the customer when he says that he likes, keeps, and raises small songbirds. I felt pressured and left the store without buying anything for the thought he would come back to provide more pressured customer service.

This store is under new ownership and thriving! I am so impressed with the knowledge of the new owner and his expectations of his staff to be at their best at customer service. If they do not know something a customer is asking, they need to find out for them. The store is being transformed and new stock is always being added. If you are looking for something... ask and they just may carry it for you if he's been asked enough for it. With the loss of the competitor store on Eastchester near Centennial, this store is getting all our business. I was disappointed at first but in retrospect it has been a real pleasure. Between 12 dogs, 4 cats and 3 parrots, we'll keep them busy a couple times a month anyway.

Wille Miller is one of the greatest people you could go to for information about your pets. He has work with them for many years. He helped me deliver 8 puppies. Who ever this amandad123 is, doesnt know what she is talking about. All the employees are most helpful and there if you need a question. So my guess is she has a problem with one of the employees there. I think Warehouse for pets is one of the best petstores in our area.

This is not the best pet store out there. There is alot of better stores out there to shop at. They do not really know what they are doing.
