Terrible HVAC company

I placed a service call while it was 95 degrees. I was assured by Kim (service) a tech would be dispatched to my home. I live on Kiawah Island, and nobody responded to my call. I have a service contract with this company as well. They came out the NEXT day and told me I needed to buy a new unit. This doesn't fix my problem!!! This ! Stay FAAAR AWAY!
