this place sucks, dont try and sell watch here they will lowball you BIGTIME, all they have are grungy rolexes.‎

I took in the antique Rolex I recieved as present from my father for a tune-up/cleaning and it came back in excellent condition. When I noticed some fogging in the dial I brought it back to make sure it was OK. I also brought the bracelet in for a repair. After holding my watch (both dial and bracelet) for four months they told me they were unable to repair the band. The sales person treated me quite rudley when I asked for what my options were to bring the watch as close to it's original condition as possible. While quite chatty and friendly with the wealthy clients who were in the store and got personal service I was condesended to and mad to feel unworth thier time. If you want good service be sure to look like you "deserve" a fancy watch I guess.‎
