Complex is infested with cockroaches. Management company is arrogant and lazy. They will approve very few repairs..The resident managers are very good...they can not be blamed for the neglect shown by the management/owners. Rents have been raised while tenants continue to live without heat. (a violation of sate laws) Units flood inside when raining causing mold and bacteria to grow under carpets and floors. Upstairs floors are not level and very shaky (you can feel your neighbors every move). Overpriced slum with no amenities, no repairs . This complex is a prime example of (The rich powerful landlord sticking it to the little guy) Don't be fooled by the newly renovated units....they will soon start to show the neglect and lack of common care we resident at Walnut VillageTownhomes have endured.‎

The outside of the building looks decent...the inside is a whole different story. 60% of all units have no heat. Most units have pealing paint , crumbling walls , leaks ,mold, toilets back up with sewage from the building. ...

Owners will fix nothing , tons of health violations here. Floors are rotted due to leaks. Plumbing is terrible. Drains back up.Vermin infested.Live here at your own risk!
