RIP-OFF

Bought a used Mustang from this dealership. The finance dude pushed the service contract. I refused. He mentioned that convertible tops often break. Sounded logical, so I got the warranty.

Fast forward two years later. Sure enough, the convertible top broke, BUT...wait for it...the convertible top WASN'T covered!!!

Lesson learned: DON'T GET THE SERVICE CONTRACT AND DON'T TRUST HONDA

Honest prices with no surprises

(The map on this site is incorrect) Nice people in all the departments. It's a clean neat store and they had a very large selection. When I got my Element they had well over 400 cars in their lots and a whole lot more down the street where they detail their cars. The car was super clean. The sales lady spent way more time explaining everything on the car than I could have wished for. I will buy all my Honda's from them for now on.

Honda of Walnut Creek is a dealership located near the freeway and near many other car dealerships. They have a small lot. They provide price quotes over the phone and we found them to be the cheapest in price for new cars in Northern California. The staff are friendly and accomodating. When a price was agreed upon over the phone, there was no problem obtaining this at the store. They are efficient and to their word. They also have a repair shop in the back that looked very professional and organized.
