Great service department. I was treated and taken care of like family. I will never go to another service department. The best part about them is they even service non Ford vehicles.

I know the title sounds a little korny but it's the truth. I have been taking my car to Walnut Creek Ford for over 9 years now and would not take to any other Ford dealer for a number of reasons. The service manager Tim Lautze, who by now treats me like a friend, is always so helpful in taking care of all my needs related to my car when I bring it in for service. In the past nine years I have bought 2 explorers, a mustang(my latest edition to my collection of cars), an expedition, and about a month ago we bought an edge for my wife(which she absolutely loves). Berger Detlinger and Derek Tremel, the sales managers, were both so helpful during the deal. I still can't believe how great of a price I recieved from those two gentlemen. This dealership is like no other. Every employee you pass greets you with a smile and a hello and even offers you a beverage...I mean wow. Thank you very much Walnut Creek Ford!

Our experience with the Ford Windstar is exactly as described in Consumer Reports -- poor. Based upon this experience, I would not buy another Ford product. Once the warranty expired, even the extended warranty could not save us. Example: in this climate, how often have you heard of a fuel tank rusting out at the neck? The engine service light? The manual says it should just be the PCV and the PC system. Wrong -- $3,500 wrong!On a positive note, the service staff at WC Ford are great. They are courteous and able to communicate well with mechanically disinclined customers. But then I guess they get a lot of practice.

I have had repeated negative repair experiences with Walnut Creek Ford, the last of which had to be handled by the manager. I give them credit for resolving this by compromising A LOT on the repair price, for something they had fixed, but was just out of warranty.

I love Ford. Even if the cars are used, it's one of the best quality cars you can get these days. They run for a long time with imported motors and parts. They will also repair your car really quickly and get it back into shape if it's broken! They specialize in auto repair, and I really like how friendly this buisness is. They are pretty affordable, concidering that auto repair in general will cost a lot of money. They might not have the hottest cars, butI will recommend Ford and Toyota to anybody!
