I had my taxes prepared by Walkers a couple of times and was pleased to get a nice income tax return. However, when I went back this year, they wouldn't even talk to me about my taxes. I dropped off my taxes and after about a week, I called them to check on the status. I was told "If we have a question, we'll call you!" I waited another week and called back again. This time, I had barely even identified myself when the guy yelled into the phone "NOT DONE!" That was enough for me! I told him that I would be in to pick up my paperwork immediately. This guy is so incredibly rude and abnoxious that I will never go back to them. Don't waste your money on Walker Tax Service. They clearly DO NOT appreciate their client's business. And if you're concerned about privacy, this is yet another reason not to trust this business. They leave client information including names and SS numbers in plain site on the receptionist's desk.
