Yes, you'll spend some money, but the shoes will last fo a long time. The one time I had an issue with a sandel that the sole came apart from the shoe - they had it fixed free of charge.
I love Pikolinos, Keen, Dansko and their selection is great. Very knowledgable staff.
Drawbacks - parking and they close at like 6PM during the week.

The shoes here are not cheap, but the staff really knows what theyre doing. Both my husband and I recently made first-time purchases here. The staff members spent 45 minutes with each of us and we walked out with wonderful shoes that relieved the foot pains wed been having. They'd get 5 stars if their prices weren't astronomical.

I have heard numerous comercials of The Walk Shop on the radio - on Alice radio station and went to check it out. I found a lot of pairs of most comfortable shoes - that was also really good looking. I bought a pair of sandals - I am really happy with them.
