A night mare! It is only a matter of time before this pharmacy makes a major mistake. The customer service is horrendous- long waits not only in line in the store and at the drive up window ( I once waited 45 min) but also just to get through on the phone. Their automated service does not work properly and still they argue with you that it does! It constantly says your prescription is not ready- then you have to talk to someone "live". This takes from 20 min to over an hour and a half! This used to be a good pharmacy- i have used it for over 10 years- but the last year was so awful that I go elsewhere.
