The pharmacy is horrible! They almost NEVER have the medicine

The pharmacy is horrible! They almost NEVER have the medicine yo need available and when you ask them to assist you in finding a store that has it, they will call two stores and that's it! I turned my perscription in three days b4 I went to pick it up and they still did not have it! I asked for my perscription back and went to another Walgreens way across town to get my medicine. Now why couldn't they have helped me find a store that had my medicine? I had to do it myself! Just horrible customer service in the pharmacy!

THE STORE IT SELF IS FINE, but the pharmacy is terrible. I called in for a refill and they left a message saying that the medication was unavailable and they would phone me when it came in. After waiting 3 days I went to the pharmacy to ask how long it would be and a technician said, "I don't know." On the 4th day I dropped by the store again to ask what was taking so long and the pharmacy technician told me that a 5 day supply was ready for me and I had to wait for the rest of it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MY MAIN POINT.
