Wakefield Scarce is an old girls school that has been transformed into a very unique tourist attraction with several neat little shops... The Christmas season starts at the first of November and the tour buses start rolling in... you will need reservations for lunch at Science Hill, a very nice restaurant and they have a Christmas Shop, Silver shop, Linen shop just to name a few, also a very interesting antique shop that you MUST see...

A true Shelbyville and Kentucky landmark. What an experience. Elegeance at it's best. Be sure to visit at Christmas, it is quite an event. Beautiful imported items fill the Gallery. There is truly something for everyone pocket book, from small items, to treasured pieces.
