I spent over $1000.00 on 4 new tires, for my new truck, (off road) along with it I purchased an additional road hazard protection plan for $57.00. just recently I got a nail in my tire and took it to the Just Tires in Wake Forest to see if they could plug it for me, to which they explained thatthey didn't plug they patched from the inside.After waiting in the showroom for almost two hours they came to me and said they couldn't fix it due to the location of the tire, but since I had the road protection they would flip the bill and order me a new tire and said it would be here on monday of the following week, on monday they called me and said they forgot to put the new tire on the delivery truck, tuesday they did the same thing. here it is wednesday and there telling me the warhouse sold it to another store and I will have to purchase 4 new tires a different size. What does it take to get good customer service in this world, needless to say I went to SEARS to get my new tires. and I am sending this letter to the corporate office of Just Tires.
