End result: cat = worse than when I dropped him off.

This place was AWFUL. My cat went in for a routine brush & bath. Even though he was 2nd in the door at 9am, I called at 4pm and they gave me some BS excuse about "how a persians cat's fur dries". I wasn't able to get him until 5, which tells me that they didn't even get him started until then. He came home and STANK like a nasty pet store, and was in a horrible mood- which he never is. When I finally got to touch him the next day, could tell that he was brushed very superficially and they hadn't gotten rid of a single matt. They didn't trim his fur where I asked them to. They also tried to charge me more than they quoted, and were overpriced to begin with. AVOID.
