Great customer service‎
Lanita (I am sure I am giving you the wrong name but I know I'm close!!)- she was wonderful. She was working in the bakery and she went above and beyond to help me out. She gave a me a sample of the fruit custard to try and even gave me some strawberrys for my kids. Really sold the product. Great service!!‎

i have been shopping at vons since i was an infant!!!!! their sandwiches are amazing and the people... there just all so nice!!!!!!!! they have a great selection in magazines. i always buy my orange juice there! YUM!‎

The best store in the area. All the employees go out of there
The best store in the area. All the employees go out of there way to greet you and help you if need be. The store is always clean and has a wide variety of items to choose from. (It was remodeled a couple of years ago- very nice.)

My only issues are that it can be somewhat pricey, but this could be to pay for the newly accepted union terms (the prices seemed to go up after the strike) and it could be as a result of the increased cost of gasoline. My other issue is that the benches in the front of the store seem to be a hang out for teenagers who need a hobby, goals, ambition and better fashion sense. They usually keep to themselves, more or less, but who wants to deal with them?

I used to think VONS had rude cashiers. Lately, I have noticed several changes. Besides the redecorating at my local VONS, there have been many improvements in the quality of the cashiers at VONS. It is much more pleasant to shop there. They have been friendly and helpful when I can't find a particular item.Thank you VONS for making my shopping trip so much better.
