Love this dealer.Made an appointment and was greeted by Mike Gay in service..What a great guy..I had forgot my coupon at home and he found a replacement one for me..My service was done in about an hour,had coffee and doughnuts while i waited..Mike showed me a picture of his twin 7 year old twin girls..BEAUTIFULL..He made me feel comfortable and at ease..I had to admit i was a little jittered bringing my car in without my husband..will definetly return..oh yea they even washed the outside of my car..

I went to the dealer as a last resort with my Beetle. I had been to many others with this problem of the top not working from time to time. They took their time and I was not rushing them, it took a couple of days but they found the "microswitch" for the top had a short. Again, I had been to many dealers and not been able to get this fixed. It has now been 3 weeks and I am very happy, it is fixed. High marks for the Service Dept.

I was at the dealer today and dealt with Christine, she was awesome! I have never had a better service experience at any dealer! I have been going to a dealer in the South Bay, not great. I took my Beetle in for the 20,000 mile service, I was done in less than 2 hours and they washed the car. It was really dirty, I was embarrased to even take it there so dirty. I want to thank Christine and recommend all you girls go see her and say "hey"!

I'll try to make my review as short as possible (and polite) I went in for a rutine oil change. Took 2 1/2 hours that's not the worst part. This Gentleman his name was Mike at soon I pulled in he said what's up BRO!? Whatever happen to the goodmorning how can I help you? Then he told me that it was adviced for me to change 4 tires ( even tho I bought them one month ago) I refused. Then while waiting for my car I went outside to get a coffe. And I notice he was standing next to 3 mechanics pushing a car and he said at loud. LOOK THIS IS THE LESBIAN CAR. The one with the big chichis I was shocked!! With a WOW expresion on my face I bet. The way he handled himself it was very rude, I never had an expiriance like this one before. Was awful service from him. The only good thing I can say about this VW dealer is that they washed my car on the outside at least. Will never return to this dealer again Mike made a really bad impression on me and I will never recoment this place base on this visit.

I took a VW in there to have a blinker light repaired. They did it and charged me an arm and a leg. Their contract promises parts and labor for one year on work performed. Less than a year later the light fails. I take it in and they tell me the warranty has lapsed. After going back and forth with them they admit the warranty was good. Then I get a call and they tell me the light they found already in there is "aftermarket" and I must have tried to replace it myself ! So I tell them no, they were the last ones, why would I do this myself if it was still under warranty?? They get back to me the next day and say, "Oh, okay, we will do you a favor and fix it free." So I come in to pick it up ($130.00 in other charges) and a different guy tells me, "Oh, I heard the manager telling the service guy you talked to (Mike) that it was NOT aftermarket, it was OUR bulb, and to honor the warranty." So, this guy first tried to back out of the warranty, then accused me of replacing the bulb myself, then LIED to me when he found out it was their bulb and acted like he was doing me a favor. He also tried charging me a "consult" fee of $100.00 which I refused to pay.

These guys will do anything to PAD the bill. Go elsewhere, they are shifty, dishonest crooks.
