What Happened to Good Service?
He overcharges and tends to cut corners wherever he can. I've been a customer for over 20 years and several times he charged me more than the orignal quote. Recently he tried to charge me an exorbitent amount for something that takes 5 min to complete, telling me it takes an hour. I know dam well how long it takes because I did the repair myself. He was trying to rip me off. He has done this other times in the past too,and I am done with him and will not recommend him to anyone. I will find a new mechanic, an honest one.

Best darn VW Repair Shop in Sacramento!!
My expiriance with this shop has been first rate. I had called all the other shops in town before calling this one. Right from the start they made me feel welcome and tried to figure out the problem with my car. This was a good start as I felt they really wanted to take car of me and my problem. Once the car was in the shop they did take their time, though they did a wonderful job with a minumum staff to handle the load they had. I will continue to use their service while I am at this location, and reccomend to all of you to use them as well.
