I have had very good experiences at Austin & Associates and have been visiting them since 1983. I have only had one thing bad and it is that there IS a very big turnover rate of doctors.‎

I have had multiple bad experiences with this office. I have had several good experiences, but the bad ones far outweigh them. Over the past 3 years I have had to wait for over an hour on at least 6 occasions; sometimes even when there is no other clients waiting. They ignored specific instructions I gave them from an emergency hospital I visited after my dog was hit by a car. Almost everytime I have gone in there all the support personnel are different. There has also been a high turnover rate of the doctor's themselves. I have had sporadic good service which is what kept me coming back, but overall I am very dissatified with my experiences at Austin & Associates.‎
